These terms govern the use of blushlab.co and the services offered by Blush Lab.
Services
Blush Lab provides AI systems, website and application development, and instruction. The scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are defined in writing following a paid strategy session before work begins.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Strategy sessions and consultations are one-time fees and are credited toward a subsequent engagement as described at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms stated at purchase.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you agree to receive text messages from Blush Lab related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and services lawfully. Blush Lab may decline or discontinue work that is outside its capabilities or cannot be delivered as described.
Affiliate program
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the terms stated on the affiliate page, including how referrals are attributed and paid. Blush Lab may update or end the program at any time; changes do not affect referrals already earned.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Blush Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
